What to track, how often, and what the numbers actually tell you.
The Measurement Framework
Measurement Framework
What gets measured gets managed. But measuring the wrong things creates the wrong results.
What to Measure:
- Domain Scores: Retake the 10-Domain Diagnostic every 4 weeks. Track the trend, not the absolute number.
- Protocol Adherence: Did you complete your morning, midday, and evening protocols? Track completion rate weekly.
- Pattern Interrupts: How many times did you catch and interrupt an old pattern this week? More interrupts = more awareness = more change.
- Energy Levels: Rate your energy 1-10 three times daily (morning, afternoon, evening). Look for patterns.
- Quality of Decisions: At your weekly review, rate the quality of your decisions this week. Are you deciding from identity or from old patterns?
Progress Metrics:
- Week 1-4: Focus on adherence. Are you doing the protocols? That’s the only metric that matters initially.
- Week 5-8: Focus on awareness. How quickly are you catching old patterns? Are you seeing them before they play out?
- Week 9-12: Focus on integration. Are the new patterns becoming automatic? Do they feel like “you” now?
The real metric is simple: Are you closing the gap between who you are and who you’re becoming?
The Maintenance Protocol
Keeping the system alive after Day 90 — including the quarterly review.
The Maintenance Protocol
After the initial 90 days, transformation shifts from installation to maintenance.
Daily (non-negotiable, forever):
- Morning Protocol (15 min)
- Midday Check-in (2 min)
- Evening Protocol (10 min)
Weekly (non-negotiable, forever):
Monthly:
- Deep review of lowest-scoring domains
- Adjust protocols as needed
- Check if environment still supports your trajectory
Quarterly Review
Every 90 days, block 2-3 hours for a deep assessment:
- Retake the full 10-Domain Diagnostic — Compare to all previous scores
- Review your Vision and Anti-Vision — Update if needed. Your vision should evolve as you do.
- Identify the next keystone — What’s the one domain or pattern that, if addressed, will create the biggest ripple effect for the next quarter?
- Set 3 quarterly intentions — Not goals. Intentions. Goals are about outcomes. Intentions are about who you’re being.
- Celebrate — Look at how far you’ve come. Not how far you have to go. Acknowledge the person you’re becoming.
This quarterly rhythm creates compounding growth. Each 90-day cycle builds on the last. After a year, you’ll be unrecognizable—not because you changed who you are, but because you finally became who you always were underneath the programming.
What Comes Next
The complete ecosystem, and where to go from here.
What Comes Next
Rewire is your foundation. But transformation is a direction, not a destination.
After the 90 days:
- Continue all daily and weekly protocols
- Maintain quarterly review cycles
- Keep challenging your comfort zone
- Share what you’ve learned with others
The system you’ve built is designed to compound. Every day you practice, the neural pathways strengthen. Every week you review, the patterns refine. Every quarter you assess, the trajectory sharpens.
You didn’t just read a book. You installed an operating system.
The Complete Ecosystem
Rewire is one part of the MARSA transformation system:
- Rewire — Your mental operating system (what you just completed)
- Longevity — Your physical foundation (nutrition, movement, sleep, longevity)
- NextGen — Transmit your transformation to your children
- PERSONAL ROADMAP — Your customized implementation plan
- MARSA — THE COACH — your private, day-aware AI coach, walking all 90 days with you
Each component addresses a different dimension of the human experience. Together, they create complete transformation—not just insight, not just information, but a fundamentally different way of operating in the world.
Different code. Different results.
