The commitments that hold under pressure — and the spaces that enforce them.
Your transformation requires commitments that are not optional—regardless of how you feel on any given day.
The Morning Protocol is non-negotiable. 15 minutes. Every day. No exceptions. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s the foundation. Miss the morning, and the day runs you instead of the other way around.
The Weekly Review is non-negotiable. 30 minutes. Same day. Same time. This is your navigation system. Without it, you’re driving without a dashboard.
The Evening Protocol is non-negotiable. 10 minutes. Before sleep. This closes the loop on the day and prepares your subconscious for overnight processing.
These three commitments total less than 30 minutes per day. That’s less than 2% of your waking hours. If you can’t commit 2% of your time to reprogramming the system that runs the other 98%, the problem isn’t time. It’s priority.
Your environment shapes behavior more than willpower ever will.
Physical Space:
Digital Environment:
Social Environment:
The person you want to become—would they live in your current environment? If not, the environment changes first.
Daily identity practice, and the standards your connections run on.
Every morning, after your breathing practice, state your identity:
“I am the person who...”
Complete this sentence with the identity you’re building. Not who you were. Not who you hope to be someday. Who you ARE becoming, starting now.
Examples:
This isn’t affirmation. This is declaration. There’s a difference.
Affirmation says: “I am rich” when you’re broke. Your brain knows it’s a lie and rejects it.
Declaration says: “I am the person who builds wealth”—a statement about your identity and direction, not your current bank account. Your brain can work with that.
Identity drives behavior. Behavior drives results.
Every decision you make today, ask: “What would the person I’m becoming choose?” Then choose that.
Your relationships are mirrors of your internal state.
Practice these daily:
The quality of your relationships is a direct reflection of the quality of your relationship with yourself. Fix that first, and everything else follows.
Manage energy like a system; run decisions through one clean filter.
Energy is your most valuable resource. More valuable than time. More valuable than money. Because without energy, you can’t use time or money effectively.
Energy Audit:
List everything you do in a typical week. Next to each item, mark:
Your goal: Maximize + activities. Minimize or delegate - activities. Automate = activities.
The Four Energy Pillars:
When your energy drops, identify which pillar is depleted. Then address THAT specific pillar, not just push through.
Energy Rules:
Most people waste enormous energy on decisions. Here’s how to decide faster and better:
The 10-10-10 Rule:
For any decision, ask:
This shifts you from emotional reactivity to long-term thinking.
The Two-Minute Rule:
If a decision is reversible and takes less than 2 minutes to execute, decide now. Don’t deliberate. The cost of deliberation exceeds the cost of a wrong choice.
The Identity Filter:
For bigger decisions, ask: “What would the person I’m becoming choose?” This single question cuts through 90% of decision paralysis.
The Regret Minimization Framework:
Project yourself to age 80. Look back at this decision. Which choice minimizes regret? Choose that one.
