This policy explains what MARSA.AI (“MARSA”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use marsa.ai, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the product, and we never sell your data.
MARSA provides written guides and self-assessment tools for people, and AI agents built and run for businesses. For any privacy question or request, contact us at team@marsa.ai. MARSA is the data controller for the personal data described here.

Your assessment answers and coaching messages are sent to a third-party AI model provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate your readings and responses. They are processed to produce your result and are not used by us to build advertising profiles. Treat the AI coach as supportive guidance, not professional advice — see our Disclaimer.
We share data only with service providers that help us run MARSA, under their own terms:

Some providers are based outside your country, including the United States; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
If we build and run AI agents for your business, the agents work inside the tools you connect (your inbox, calendar, messaging, CRM, payment and website tools). You connect each tool yourself through its own secure sign-in and can disconnect it at any time; we never ask for a password. In that work MARSA acts as a processor of your customers’ data on your instructions, under the written agreement between us; you remain the controller. Access is limited to what each agent needs, every action is logged in your dashboard, and anything that spends money or speaks in your name waits for your approval.
We keep account, purchase, and assessment data for as long as your relationship with MARSA is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (subject to records we must legally retain).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent. Exercise any of these by emailing team@marsa.ai. We will respond within the timeframe your law requires. If you’re in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
MARSA is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
