Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This policy explains what MARSA.AI (“MARSA”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use marsa.ai, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the product, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

MARSA.AI provides AI-assisted coaching, digital programs, and self-assessment tools. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@marsa.ai. MARSA is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

DataWhen & why
Name & emailWhen you take an assessment, buy a product, subscribe, join the partner program, or opt in to emails — to deliver the product and communicate with you.
Assessment answersYour responses to the Life Audit, the Assessment, and the Ikigai tools — including self-ratings about your wellbeing — are processed to generate your personalized reading and to inform your coaching. You provide these voluntarily.
Coaching messagesConversations with the AI coach, to provide the service and maintain your session history.
Purchase & subscription dataOrder and membership status. Payments are processed by Whop — we do not see or store your full card details.
Push subscriptionIf you enable notifications, the browser push token needed to send your daily prompts. Removable anytime by disabling notifications.
Usage analyticsA first-party, cookieless page-view signal: page visited, referring site’s hostname, and whether you’re on mobile or desktop. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
Local storageThe member app stores a short-lived session token in your browser so you stay signed in. It lives on your device, not a tracking cookie.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private assessment answers or coaching conversations to advertise to you.

4. AI processing

Your assessment answers and coaching messages are sent to a third-party AI model provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate your readings and responses. They are processed to produce your result and are not used by us to build advertising profiles. Treat the AI coach as supportive guidance, not professional advice — see our Disclaimer.

5. Who processes data for us

We share data only with service providers that help us run MARSA, under their own terms:

ProviderPurpose
WhopCheckout, payments, subscription & membership management
ResendSending transactional and opt-in email
RailwayHosting the website and application
DeepSeekAI model that generates readings and coaching replies
Web push servicesYour browser’s push service (e.g. Apple, Google, Mozilla) delivers notifications you enable

Some providers are based outside your country, including the United States; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

6. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

7. How long we keep it

We keep account, purchase, and assessment data for as long as your relationship with MARSA is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (subject to records we must legally retain).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent. Exercise any of these by emailing hello@marsa.ai. We will respond within the timeframe your law requires. If you’re in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

MARSA is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
