These terms govern your use of marsa.ai and everything we offer through it — assessments, the AI coach, digital programs, the Ikigai Creator, and the partner program. By using MARSA.AI or buying from us, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account access secure.
Access to the member app is tied to your email, verified by a one-time code. Keep your inbox secure; anyone with access to it can access your account.
The Human Playbook, The Longevity Protocol, and NextGen are one-time purchases that unlock a day-by-day program plus a 3-month included period of the Marsa coach. They are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access.
Purchases are processed by Whop, which acts as the seller/merchant of record for payment purposes. Your purchase is also subject to Whop’s terms. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that apply in your location.
Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. The digital programs carry a 90-day do-the-work guarantee: run the full program and complete the check-ins, and if your assessment score hasn’t moved, you’re entitled to a full refund as described there.
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity; no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform; no using our content to train competing models or to build a competing product; no sharing access you weren’t granted.
The MARSA name, content, methods, programs, and software are owned by MARSA and protected by law. Buying a product grants you a personal license to use it — not ownership of the underlying content. Your personal results, answers, and anything you create remain yours.
When you build a tool with the Ikigai Creator, you keep your audience, your brand, and the trust you’ve built. MARSA provides and runs the tool infrastructure and takes an agreed share of revenue — “when you win, we win.” You are responsible for what you publish and sell through your tool, and for following the law where your buyers are.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee a specific outcome for any individual — your results depend on the work you put in — but we stand behind the digital programs with the do-the-work refund guarantee set out in our Refund Policy. To the maximum extent the law allows, MARSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using MARSA anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you rights that apply regardless.
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use MARSA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
