Refund Policy

We want you working with something you believe in — not paying for something that isn’t right for you. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work.

Subscriptions (Marsa Coach)

• 30-day guarantee. Give your first month a real run — show up for the daily action and the evening check-in, then re-measure your Life Audit at the end. If you did the work and your line hasn’t moved, email us within 30 days for a full refund of that first month. The check-ins and the re-measure happen in the app, so “doing the work” is something we can both see.
• Cancel anytime from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• We don’t charge cancellation fees and don’t pro-rate or refund partial months once a period has started.
• If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, email us and we’ll make it right.

Digital programs (Rewire, Longevity, NextGen)

• These unlock instantly, so there’s no automatic refund window. Instead we stand behind them with a 90-day do-the-work guarantee: run the full program — show up for the daily action and the evening check-in with your coach — and re-take your baseline assessment at the end. If you did the work and your score hasn’t moved, email us for a full refund.
• A missed day here and there is fine — the program extends, it never fails. The guarantee asks only one thing: that you actually run it. Because the check-ins happen in the coach chat, “doing the work” is something we can both see.
• Refunds may be declined where there’s clear evidence of abuse (e.g. copying the full program, then requesting a refund without engaging with it).

The audit tools and prompt bundles (The Automation Score $97 · the $27 and $24 bundles · The Life Score, now included with the $24 bundle)

Both are non-refundable, and we say so on the checkout before you pay. A tool opens the moment the order completes and delivers its whole output — your score, the hours, the figures, the build order and a written reading of your business — within the first few minutes, so there is no meaningful way to return it. By ordering you agree to immediate access and waive the right of withdrawal. If the tool fails to open, returns an error, or you were charged more than once, email hello@marsa.ai and we will fix it or refund it the same day.

How to request a refund

Email hello@marsa.ai from the address you purchased with, and tell us what you bought. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Whop, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Partner commissions & refunds

If a sale you referred is later refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed, since commissions are paid on net revenue.
