We want you working with something you believe in — not paying for something that isn’t right for you. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work.
Each guide opens in your app the moment your order completes, so there is no automatic refund window. By ordering you agree to immediate access and waive the right of withdrawal. If a chapter will not open or you were charged more than once, email team@marsa.ai and we will fix it or refund it.
If you joined an earlier MARSA membership or program, the terms you accepted at the time still apply. Cancel any time from your Whop account; your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, email us and we will make it right.
Our guarantee. Before you pay, you see what your own answers show: enquiries a month, times twelve, times 2 in 100 won back, times what a client is worth to you in a year. If that figure is below $11,640 a year, we tell you not to buy yet. If your written blueprint finds less than $11,640 a year in new clients, we refund what you paid in full, and we tell you first. You do not need to ask. The guarantee needs a figure, so it applies when you give a range for monthly enquiries.
Outside the guarantee, the Agent Blueprint opens the moment your order completes, so there is no meaningful way to return it. By ordering you agree to immediate access and waive the right of withdrawal.
If something does not work, for example the page will not open, your blueprint does not arrive, or you were charged more than once, email team@marsa.ai and we will fix it or refund it.
A build plan you request afterwards is free and carries no obligation. Any build is agreed separately, in writing, before any payment.
Email team@marsa.ai from the address you purchased with, and tell us what you bought. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Whop, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If a sale you referred is later refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed, since commissions are paid on net revenue.
