The future of work
is more life.
Both halves run every day.
Neither one waits for you.
The engines carry the repeatable half of the business whether or not you open the laptop. The coach shows up the same way — including on the days you would have skipped. Nothing here runs on your discipline, which is the only reason it is still running long after the motivation went.

I spent ten years studying the most successful people — on paper, and in life.
They were rarely the same people.
The numbers were fine. The Tuesdays were not — days full of work that never needed them. Requests, upkeep, the repeatable half of every business: none of it needs a human, and all of it takes one.
Getting those days back is the easy half. The harder question — why doing well so rarely feels like living well — is the one I took to my Master’s. The field said the answer lived in the body — diet, deficiencies, supplements — so that is where my thesis went looking. None of it predicted anything. Neither did medical health. Neither did age. The one thing that predicted the strain was how a person read their own life.
That finding matters more now than it did then. The AI era is rewriting work — and work is most of a life, so it is rewriting lives, whether or not anyone chose that. What you hand to a machine and what you keep for yourself is now the decision.
So the company has two halves. The engines take the heavy, repeatable half — the work that never needed a human. The coach takes the harder half — what a person does with the hours that come back. Millions of days, handed back and actually lived, if we get this right.
